As Government Witnesses/Informants, Defendants were told by FBI C.I.D. Agent Warren Martin NOT to repeat anything that was discussed with him.  These policies need to be changed, so that the criminal element and corrupt attorneys and law enforcement personnel can be brought to justice.

Attorneys LEE H. SCHILLINGER and JOHN A. BREKKA, who were hand-picked by the plaintiffs, and solicited Defendants by telephone, knew we could not speak openly to defend ourselves. They kept this information hidden from the Judge and the Court. 

Attorney MARK A. CHANDLER, SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL, AND CINDY CAROL GREGORY  found it so amusing that they could pull off a FRAUD UPON THE COURT that they felt secure enough to write this letter, demanding that I bring OSAMA BIN LADIN and SADDAM HUSSEIN to justice.

THIS IS CONTINUED RETALIATION AND STALKING OF FBI WITNESSES/INFORMANTS AGAINST THEM, THAT SERVES NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN FOR THE AMUSEMENT OF ATTORNEY MARC A. CHANDLER AND HIS FRIENDS, SCOTT KEVIN BAGWELL AND CINDY CAROL GREGORY, of Las Vegas, Nevada?
