But he was out of state part of the time!

 

The plaintiffs lied unchecked through depositions and the trial.

In the plaintiff's deposition below, Plaintiff Cindy Carol Gregory testified to witnessing an event, then stated that she wasn't home!

Defendant's attorney was totally ignored this contradiction.
